Running Dream tells the story of three generations of West Indian women with warmth and humour.

Trish Cooke was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire. An award winning playwright, author, actor and television presenter, she initially worked as a stage manager at the Black Theatre Co-op in London, before becoming an actor. Her plays include Back Street Mammy (Lyric, Hammersmith), Running Dream, Gulp Fiction and Pinocchio, (Theatre Royal Stratford East).
