Bob Carroll Jr (1918-2007) was a radio and television writer best known for his work on the television comedy I Love Lucy which starred Lucille Ball in the title role. Working in partnership with Madelyn Pugh, Carroll also wrote for the show's earlier inception as My Favorite Husband, a radio show also starring Ball, and produced by Jess Oppenheimer.
